The Evening, Composed

What to expect, from the moment you arrive.

Three movements, one quiet evening. Every detail considered, nothing rushed.

i.
The Arrival

A welcome at the door.

You are met by name, your coat received, and shown to a table prepared for the evening. A glass of something to begin, while the room settles around you.

ii.
The Table

An unhurried hour, or three.

A menu shaped by the season, a sommelier with quiet conviction, a kitchen working in time with the room. The pace is yours; we keep it.

iii.
The Farewell

A conclusion worth remembering.

A final pour, a quiet thank you, and the door held open to the Middleburg evening. The kind of farewell that asks you to come back.

Beyond the Standard Booking

For occasions that ask for something more.

Anniversaries, wine pairings, the long table for eight or sixteen, the room held quietly for your party alone. Speak with our concierge directly, and we will compose the evening with you.
